Helping the Hospitality Sector Part IIIEight
weeks in and the challenges of lockdown life continue. Having gone
through wartime rationing mentality and more frugal cooking mode, we
thought we’d celebrate some of the more hedonistic food approaches to
lockdown. There are also some inspirations for celebrations with
so many of us experiencing birthdays, anniversaries and memorable
milestones during this period. In
these unprecedented times and
with the landscape changing rapidly and radically we believe it’s
important to keep talking. We remain in constant contact with our
landlord clients and with operators too, discussing how challenges can
be faced. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we can start
planning returns to our favourite places to eat and drink whilst trying
to embrace the 'new normal' and we are committed to
supporting our wonderful sector in any we can. Please don’t
hesitate to contact us to discuss any aspect of the current situation or
to let us know what you’re doing.

sharing plate of beef wellington. There are also a selection of dishes
that the chef restaurateur has developed whilst cooking at home during
lockdown. All of the food preparation will already have been done,
and Customers
